Remote Power Control for Critical Infrastructure
The Power Switch Twin 32 Master enables secure remote management of up to eight connected devices over a TCP/IP network or RS-232 serial connection. Designed for data centers, server rooms, and remote facilities, it simplifies power management, improves uptime, and reduces the need for on-site service visits. For larger deployments, the system can be expanded to control up to 40 power outlets by cascading up to four Power Switch Twin Satellites.
Ideal for Redundant Power Environments
Two separate 16A power inputs provide up to 7360 VA of power capacity and make the unit ideal for servers and other equipment with redundant power supplies. Built-in current monitoring enables administrators to remotely track power consumption and respond quickly to abnormal conditions.
Automated Monitoring and Recovery
Each outlet can be individually powered on, powered off, or rebooted remotely. The integrated watchdog function monitors up to eight IP devices, including servers, routers, and cameras, and can automatically restart unresponsive equipment to help maintain service availability. Automated rules can also trigger outlet control actions, email notifications, Syslog messages, or SNMP traps when predefined conditions are met.
Flexible Management and Scheduling
A built-in real-time clock supports event scheduling, automated power operations, and accurate timestamping of logs and alerts. Administrators can create outlet groups, configure startup and restart delays, define outlet behavior after power failures, and assign descriptive labels to simplify management of connected equipment.
Configuration and management are performed through an intuitive web interface with support for up to 40 user accounts and customizable access rights. Event logs can also be sent to Syslog servers for centralized monitoring and reporting.
