Este aislador óptico compacto le permite conectar un dispositivo RS-232 a un puerto USB y conseguir el aislamiento de picos de tensión y bucles a tierra. No requiere ranuras PCI ni ISA, ni IRQ. Utilizando un cable USB opcional de Tipo A a Tipo B, simplemente conecte el aislador óptico al puerto USB y Windows configurará el dispositivo como puerto COM adicional.
