光ファイバーリンクは、過酷な環境下でもEMI／RFI（電磁・高周波干渉）に対する耐性を備えています。

光ファイバNICを導入するよりも手軽かつ低コストで、デスクトップに光ファイバーを導入できます。Black Box コンパクトメディアコンバーターを使えば、PCにケーブルでコンバーターを接続し、反対側に光ファイバーケーブルをつなぐだけ。それだけで光ファイバー接続が完了します。しかも、非常にコンパクトなので、PCの背面に目立たず設置できます。
